This is my 20 Day Challenge... I need to eat more veggies!!!! I live in a house of carnivores. I have 4 boys currently living in my house who love to eat meat vs. the required veggies. I could probably be a vegetarian, not vegan as I LOVE a good latte in the morning.
My journey starts December 1st to December 20th. If all goes like it should it won't be a challenge that stops, it will only be the beginning.
